We strive to provide a convenient service for every customer, so we offer the following delivery conditions:

Prepayment for orders up to 200 UAH

Orders under 200 UAH are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
For orders under 200 UAH, a prepayment equal to the delivery cost is required.
The amount of prepayment depends on the chosen delivery method and ranges from 45 to 80 UAH.

Delivery for orders from 1500 UAH

When placing an order from 1500 UAH, you receive our branded shopper as a gift and a 5% discount on all your future orders.

Delivery for orders from 3000 UAH

1. Register on the website.

2. Register on the website and place an order from 1500 to 3000 UAH — get a 5% discount and a branded shopper as a gift.

3. Register on the website and place an order from 3000 UAH — get a 10% discount, a shopper as a gift, FREE DELIVERY now, and a 10% discount on all future orders.

Other delivery conditions

The delivery cost for orders that do not meet the above conditions is calculated according to the tariffs of the chosen courier service.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.
Your parcel is shipped on the same day if the order is fully paid before 15:00.

Delivery by Ukrposhta is carried out within 3–5 days.
(We do not send orders by Ukrposhta with cash on delivery — only with 100% prepayment.)

Parcels abroad are shipped via Ukrposhta or your chosen carrier. Attention! We are not responsible for your parcel after it leaves Ukraine and arrives in your country.

• We work with 100% prepayment, including the delivery cost. The delivery price depends on the weight, volume, and declared value.

• In case of customs fees — the responsibility lies with the customer.

• If the parcel arrives damaged — the customer resolves this issue with the postal service in their country.

• On our side, we assist in resolving issues if they fall within our competence.

• If the parcel is lost — we submit a search request and wait for the postal service’s response.

For your convenience, we offer several payment methods:

• Payment to the bank account (payment details will be provided to you personally by the manager).

• Online payment on the website via the LiqPay payment system.

• Payment upon delivery (cash on delivery) via Nova Poshta.
  You can pay for your order when receiving it at the post office or from the courier.
  Cash on delivery is available with a prepayment of 200.00 UAH to the bank card.
