How to apply NailApex VT rub?

1. It is best to rub the pigment into a freshly dried Universal Top without a sticky layer.
2. After the top has polymerized, rub the pigment immediately to avoid dust getting in or the client touching the surface of the nails.
3. Apply the rub with the pad of your finger, evenly distributing it over the nail.
4. Remove the residue with a soft dust brush.
5. To fix the effect, cover with Top and dry.
